An Observer's Guide to Reality
When we study atomic behaviour and its relation to energy, we call it physics. When these atoms combine to form elements like metals and gases, we refer to the field as chemistry. And when atoms arrange themselves into complex molecules capable of self-replication, we call it biology. What truly fascinated me was seeing our own evolution through this lens. From primates to humans—how something as small as a thumb changed the way we survived. How we moved from depending on smell to developing vision and cognition, learning to process more information to adapt better. This book beautifully connects physical evolution with mental and philosophical growth. It made me pause and look at life as one continuous scientific journey rather than isolated subjects. A refreshing, humbling perspective that stays with you even after you’re done reading.
