The Man who died twice
So, finally I started my journer of reading book with some decipline with bookclub of @paperbacktalks (instagram) and my first book is this famous second part of The Thursday Murder Club series "The man who died twice".
To be honest it was bit difficult for me as I started with this one. As I have not read the first part and there are many characters. I'm also good with remembering names unless I get familiar with the person/character.
I just loved how it doesn't stick to the mystery and still don't deviate from that, too. It was like watching a series. I always like to learn from 50+ people as their experience and perspective about life gives so much clarity and insight that one can't get anywhere else.
One angle of storytelling, where one of the character Joice writes diary, added as a chapter gave it new experience to me as this is the first book I read with this type of formate.
Overall it was very good story with proper twist and turn. Never felt an exaggeration done by author. If you love mystery then try this. Even if you don't like try this one for once. As even if it is suspence thriller but still smooth enough to start with. You'll not find it heavy read at all.
